This calls for the sharing of key information between law enforcement and intelligence communities worldwide. The tracking of terrorist assets and subsequent freezing of the assets are directed at denying terrorists vital resource input essential to the planning and undertaking of their activities.One of the significant changes witnessed in terrorist financing includes transnationalization of terrorism activities.
